She grew up vacationing at New Smyrna Beach, and the wonderful memories of sand, sun, and frozen treats inspired Courtney to move to her childhood beach town at the age of 19. She made a splash as a hairdresser, quickly building strong ties in her new community. Used to making people feel beautiful, Courtney naturally developed an interest in making homes beautiful. Her joint passions for New Smyrna Beach, design, and serving others combine to make her a stellar agent.

Courtney had to completely renovate and redesign her own house, which had been previously owned by hoarders, so she truly knows what makes a dream home — and she makes sure that her clients find theirs.

Courtney is genuinely passionate about the Florida lifestyle. When she's not working, she can be found enjoying all of New Smyrna Beach's natural beauty, from kayaking and paddle boarding to fishing and just relaxing on the beach. Courtney is also a foodie; she enjoys exploring the local restaurant scene and experimenting with new dishes in the kitchen.
